📌 Refund Policy for Food Items (No Returns Accepted)

Thank you for your purchase. We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our food. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong item or order.
• Your order was incomplete.
• The item was spoiled or damaged upon arrival.
• There was a quality issue not in line with our usual standards.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Photo evidence (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed:

• Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [e.g., 3–7 business days].
• In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement item instead.

We do not offer refunds if:

• The food was not consumed within the recommended time.
• You simply changed your mind.
• You failed to pick up or receive your order on time.
